It is essential to note that political contributions may be subject to limitations and reporting requirements under federal election law. Users are encouraged to familiarize themselves with these legal obligations and exercise their donations accordingly.

Contributions made through POWERBACK.us are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time of contribution. Where a contribution is made subject to stated conditions, any eligibility for a refund will be governed by those disclosed terms.
Except where a refund option is expressly offered and approved in advance, contributions are final and non-refundable. POWERBACK.us does not guarantee that refunds will be available in every circumstance, including after funds have been processed, committed, redirected, or reported in accordance with applicable law and the terms accepted by the contributor.
Users are responsible for reviewing the applicable contribution terms before completing any transaction.
Contributions made through the POWERBACK.us platform may be conditionally earmarked for one or more federal candidates, subject to publicly disclosed performance criteria or other thresholds.
If a specified candidate fails to meet those conditions by the relevant deadline, and the contributor has not requested a refund in advance, the contribution will instead be treated as a direct contribution to POWERBACK, a political committee organized under applicable campaign finance laws (the "Committee").
In such cases:
- The funds will not be forwarded to the candidate. - The contribution will be reported to the Federal Election Commission (FEC) as a contribution to the Committee. - It will count toward the donor's individual contribution limit for PACs under federal law. - The contribution is not refundable unless previously requested and approved.
Donors are provided notice of this potential redirection at the point of contribution and must affirmatively agree to these terms before completing their transaction.
All content on our web application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of the owner of the web application or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
